This page describes what we actually collect through feefighters.com. It is written to be read rather than to be technically complete.

What we collect

The forms on this site collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, current processor, monthly volume and anything you type into the note field. Nothing else on the site asks you for information.

If you send us a processing statement, we hold that document to perform the audit. Redact your bank account and routing numbers before sending. We do not need them.

If you use our chargeback tools, we hold the dispute documents and evidence you upload. We never store full card numbers. Any card number found in a document you send is reduced to its last four digits before it is stored.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, to run the audit or dispute you asked for, and to follow up about our services. FeeFighters is a product of Phase 3 Business Services LLC. Information submitted through the application form is shared with GAM Payments for underwriting.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not pass your contact details to other processors or to lead brokers.

How long we keep it

Dispute files are kept for 24 months after the dispute closes, then deleted. Statements sent for audit are kept for 12 months. Ask us to delete anything sooner and we will.
